Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the product or price. We only consider an order confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We ship globally with exceptions for some parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs procedures.

5.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your additional cost.

6.1 Returns Policy

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and returns address.
3. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
4. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package using a tracked service (you are responsible for return shipping costs).

6.4 Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
