We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment clearance.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: The above timeframes are estimates. Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs procedures. We currently ship globally, with exceptions for some parts of Asia and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

⚠️ Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories for hygiene reasons:

  • Doormats & Rugs & Doormats
  • Carpet Tiles
  • Cushions

We strongly advise you to inspect these items thoroughly upon delivery, as they are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template below for your convenience.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and the address to which you should send the item.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Please repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Ensure the RA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the returns address provided. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timing & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • For refunds to Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing, depending on your bank’s policies.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund and provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item.
