At Bostik Sales Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our home and garden décor products. If you are not entirely happy with an item, we are here to help with a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products: Doormats, Rugs & Doormats, Carpet Tiles, Cushions. These items must be thoroughly inspected upon delivery, as they are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Please repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit. Include the Returns Authorisation number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Ship the package to the returns address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timing & Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Once processed, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
